If you do not want to get disappointed in Forex even when your trading results are not too bad, you have to pay attention to how you manage your free time. Spending your periods of leisure in a way that would give your mind and body enough rest and would motivate you for better trading achievements is a great psychological help to any trader.
Facing a 24/5 market, we have very little free time, but when we get some, we often spend it unwisely, procrastinating mindlessly and not doing what we really like to do. Knowing how to spend your free time optimally will not only let you live a better and much happier life but will also teach you to cope with your Forex losses better.
For me, like, I believe, for the majority of traders, free time is scarce and is usually spread in varying proportions between several habitual activities. Recently, it is mainly being with my family and doing sports. Most importantly, I try not to spend my rest time thinking about markets and orders. And how about you?
