Top Inactive Forex Blogs

EarnForex blog has recently got into the list of the top 10 Forex blogs by Forex Crunch and that reminded me of the blogs that I used to read some time ago. They actually were in the old top lists during their good time but now they are inactive (“dead”) blogs. There are 4 such blogs that I still revisit sometimes to check if they’ve returned:

  • Forex Project (a blog by Trader Rich) — it consisted of a lot of interesting posts, ideas, analysis and experience sharing. The last post was on December 31, 2008 and that was after a 3-month break also. Probably, some offline matters made the author stop to post in his Forex blog.
  • FREVDs — was a blog by some really smart guy from Germany, who shared his ideas on the application of mathematics and programming in Forex trading. His posts inspired me to develop my first statistical expert advisor. Stopped posting long ago; the farewell post is dated December 5, 2008.
  • MetaTrader 5 Blog — a nice blog sharing information, data, downloads, tutorials and other good things related to MetaTrader 5 platform and MQL5 language. Maybe it’s too early to call this blog inactive or “dead” (the last post is dated February 25, 2010), but there wasn’t anything new for more than 5 months.
  • No Bullshit Forex Blog — was a rather plain Forex blog but had some really interesting industry-related news posted occasionally — that was before such a great blog as Forex Magnates was born, so it was quite useful. The last post is dated April 1, 2009 and there was a gap of almost 9 months before the last two posts.
