Please, welcome the newest Forex broker that was listed on EarnForex.com today — ECN Alpha Limited. According to their representative they are based in Hong Kong and Australia. They are registered in Hong Kong (it’s a nice offshore territory, which has become very popular among Forex brokers lately) but aren’t regulated by any financial authority.
